Do you design meal plans?
Instead of telling you what to eat and when to eat it, I am all about teaching you how to design your days around your own food preferences and schedule. You will gain tools to learn what works for you which means you are in the driver’s seat!
Do you offer video/phone calls with your clients?
Yes! Before you receive your program, we will schedule a video consultation to go over how we can work together to customize your approach & go over your program. Nutrition clients may also purchase additional video call sessions.
Why is there an initial 3-month commitment?
Change takes time & it does not happen overnight. I require a three-month minimum commitment to ensure that you are learning and building skills that are sustainable long term. Giving yourself permission to be a beginner and truly learn can empower you to say goodbye to the fad diets and hello to sustainable approaches.
What If I have dietary restrictions / preferences?
Curious if this is still a good fit for you if you are vegan, gluten free, vegetarian, a self-proclaimed veggie hater or have any type of food allergy? This is not an issue! You choose the food that you want to eat and I will support you with these choices!
Do you only work with athletes?
Everyone is welcome! Learning about nutrition and how to eat in a way that makes YOU feel good is not age, size, activity level, gender, or job specific. I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn and have the tools to work towards their goals!
If I have no nutrition or dieting experience, can you help me?
Of course! I LOVE providing education and teaching. Whether you are dipping your toes into the world of nutrition or you are seasoned pro–I’ve got your back!
What if I have medical issues?
I would still love to work with you! Communication is key so should you have a medical condition, it’s important that you disclose this with me and also receive approval from your doctor if necessary. I do not provide medical advice, treatment or assistance for diabetes, hormonal imbalances, thyroid dysregulation, PCOS. As with any change in your diet, you should consult with your doctor and follow your doctor’s recommendations first.
Do you work with expecting mothers?
Due to the unique needs an expecting mother has in each trimester, I do not currently work with expecting mothers. However, I will gladly refer you to a trusted professional that is better suited for your needs.
Do you work with breastfeeding women?
Yes! I work with postpartum and breastfeeding mothers, keeping in mind their unique needs and rapidly changing day to day life during this special period of time!
Does my membership include a workout program?
I do not currently offer workout programming but I will gladly refer you to trusted professionals that do!
Do you work with anyone of any age?
As long as you are over the age of 18, we are able to work together!
Do I have to track my macros or calories?
Nope! The beauty with individualized coaching is that we use the tools and strategies that meet your needs. Tracking macros and calories are two tools but not the only options!
