Is there a length of time that I have to commit to the program?
Yes, we ask our clients to invest a minimum of 6 months to the program. Both building habits and seeing progress take time! We want to ensure that all clients have ample time to work towards their goals AND learn how to maintain their progress long term.

Do you provide meal plans?

We do not provide meal plans, because we can give you something better!  We will give you support with meal planning and building meals that work for your lifestyle. We want you to feel confident with making mindful nutrition choices in any situation, not just days where you can have total control over your prepped meals. We also have sample grocery lists and recipes guides available.

Do I have to stop eating certain foods? Do I have to eat certain foods?
No! We want you to eat the food that you enjoy and want to eat. The only time we will recommend that you don’t eat something is if it makes you sick or if you are allergic to it. Your coach will provide food suggestions based on your food preference and any dietary restrictions you may have.

Is it ok if I’ve never tracked macros before? Do I have to track macros to see success?

Tracking macros is only one tool that we offer clients that we work with. If you’re interested in trying it out, we will teach you everything you need to know!  Many of our clients are focused on habit based goals like building balanced plates. Your coach will work with you to find a strategy that fits!

Do I have to take progress photos or weigh myself?

Nope! We only want you to track metrics that you feel comfortable with. Please let your coach know if you wish to opt out of anything that’s asked during your check in. There are SO many other markers of progress to focus on.

Do you work with weight class athletes?

Absolutely! We know that competitive athletes need to have their nutrition dialed in for training and competition. Our coaches can provide guidance around nutrient timing around workouts, strategies to increase recovery, competition day nutrition strategies and help you make weight with ease.

Do you work with pregnant or breastfeeding individuals?

Yes! We are able to provide dietary recommendations based on the specific needs of each trimester and provide strategic support to help manage symptoms you may be experiencing. Postpartum, we are able to provide recommendations to support recovery, breast milk production (if applicable) and other 4th trimester needs.

What medical conditions can you help with?

Some of our coaches are able to provide nutritional therapy to help treat medical conditions but all of our coaches are able to work with clients that have medical conditions by helping support healthy lifestyle changes as recommended by their doctor.  We always want to ensure that our coaches are working within their scope of expertise so you’re getting the best support possible! Please email us at info@hillaryervin.co if you have any questions about the suitability of our coaching and a friendly reminder to always talk to your doctor before making any changes to your diet or exercise!

When you say you address positive body image, does that mean you can help me with my eating disorder?

It’s amazing that you’re reaching out for support, we know that it’s not easy. At this time we do not work with clients that have an active eating disorder. If you are newly in recovery, we ask that we work in partnership with your therapist to ensure that our coaching is supportive of your therapeutic process and goals.
