Hey there, I’m Hillary!
I am a registered dietitian + strength training enthusiast + wife & mom and someone that would rather be outside in the mountains.
My passion for nutrition began in 2013 when I was diagnosed with Celiac’s disease while also starting to dip my toes into the world of Olympic Weightlifting.
I was trying to learn how to navigate my diagnosis while also learning how to fuel my workouts. So at the time, I was working to go down a weight class while not feeling like garbage in my workouts AND I was trying to figure out what I could eat. My celiac diagnosis removed several of my fave foods at the time. Insert learning about flexible dieting, gluten-free diets, and setting my goal of becoming a registered dietitian.
In 2015, I entered the coaching space, working for a start-up coaching company. While working there I worked with over 1,500 people of ALL backgrounds and helped gyms launch nutrition coaching programs.
But I knew that I wanted MORE, my clients deserved more! There was SO much I wanted to offer my clients – support, programming & connection.
So in early 2020, Nutrition Unbound was born.
Now I love being able to collaborate with clients on their goals and to see them gain confidence in their ability to achieve them.
Outside of work you can find me:
– Hanging out with my daughter Gwenny and husband
– Hiking or adventuring outside

I began working in the wellness industry as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer and quickly fell in love with helping others reach their goals. I wanted to be the “one-stop shop” for my clients so after I graduated with my B.S. in Exercise Science I decided to continue my education to become a registered dietitian with my M.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics.
I have worked in the corporate fitness field for over 5 years, providing personal training, nutrition coaching, group fitness classes, wellness webinars, and more! To me, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing my clients reach their goals while celebrating all the progress they have made.
I am here to help you reach your goals whether you want to manage your weight and/or heal your relationship with food. Together we will ditch food rules and diet culture norms using an “all foods fit” approach. This approach allows you to reach your goals while also eating your favorite foods using proper portion control and simple swaps! I promise to help you feel healthier not only physically, but also mentally!
Some of my favorite things to do outside of work include going to the beach, trail running, family time, listening to music, lifting weights, and reading!
As a former athlete, I have always had a passion for nutrition and properly fueling my body for my sport. It didn’t take long for me to be pulled into the world of nutrition and ignite the love I have for dietetics and sports nutrition.
I am a Registered Dietitian with years of personal experience in the world of athletics, as well as professional training in the field of nutrition. I am a former soccer player and distance runner, and I love anything and everything endurance! If you are looking for someone to help you fuel your body and feel your best, I am your girl.
I assist my clients by empowering you to take control of your own health. I offer a direct and open-minded approach for your health goals while providing valuable education that will stick with you for the rest of your life. Diet and nutrition can sometimes be confusing, but I am able to help by sifting through inaccurate information to bring you evidence-based practices that are tailored to your specific needs.
My husband is active-duty military and we have two dogs, Bean and Kali. We love the outdoors and spend a lot of time either at the beach or in the mountains. We love hiking, biking, roller skating, riding motorcycles, cooking, and reading a good book on the beach with our dogs.
I am here to help you feel your best through each season of life and provide you with valuable information that will help you succeed in reaching your goals.
