In 2013, I was diagnosed with Celiac’s disease. There were only a few resources available to help me navigate my diagnosis, so I was left to do my own research – this is where my love of nutrition began. Shortly after, I began competing in Olympic Weightlifting which added another layer to discovering the importance of food choices. Between fuelling my workouts and managing weight classes, I discovered the power of flexible dieting which led me to becoming a coach.
In 2015, I entered the coaching space, working for a start-up coaching company. While working there I worked with over 1,500 people of ALL backgrounds and helped gyms launch nutrition coaching programs.
At the start of 2020, I decided to launch my own business. Through years of coaching, I learned how crucial having a truly personalized nutrition strategy was in order to see success long term. There was SO much more I wanted to offer my clients – support, programming & connection. I love being able to collaborate with clients on their goals, and to see them gain confidence in their ability to achieve them!
I returned to school to pursue a degree in dietetics because I wanted to have a deeper understanding of the science behind nutrition as well as support a broader spectrum of clients. I noticed a lot of misinformation being shared within coaching spaces and wanted to ensure the guidance I was giving my clients was safe and backed by research.
In April 2022 I completed and received my credentialing as a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Nutritionist with the goal of providing my clients with digestible, science-based nutrition education. I want every client I work with to feel empowered by their nutrition choices and have the tools to succeed in any season of their life!

Hi, I’m Kate and my passion is helping people reach their wellness goals! Having said that, I truly believe there is no single way to live your “healthiest, best life” and I want to help support YOU in creating your very own version of this.
In my experience, nutrition is essential to your mental and physical well-being. Without proper nutrition, it’s a lot harder to thrive–whether you’re looking to crush a workout, feel amazing in your skin, or keep up during a busy weekend with family and friends, nutrition is what gives you the fuel to be at your best.
My own nutrition journey began when I started to feel undernourished during my workouts and overwhelmed by countless diets claiming to be “the answer” to my problems. After seemingly endless trial and error, I finally hired a macro coach and saw a night and day difference in my performance, recovery, and body composition.
At the time, I had no idea that proper nutrition was essential to take things to the next level! However, I still had one major problem: when I moved away from weighing and tracking my food, I realized I hadn’t learned or retained the underlying skills needed to maintain my progress. It was at this point that I got deeply interested in nutrition coaching.
Over the past seven years, I’ve been honored to have the opportunity to coach more than 1,000 people in achieving their goals and improving their well-being. Whether you’re focusing on mindful eating, macro tracking, or making a weight class (or anywhere in between!) I want to equip you with sustainable habits and flexible skills that you can apply no matter your life stage.
When I’m not in the gym or working, you can find me in my garden, adventuring outdoors with my dog Lucky, or in the kitchen cooking up a storm!
In 2013, I decided to make some lifestyle changes and lost over 70 pounds. It started with creative recipes in the kitchen and getting active with friends. This ignited my passion for health and fitness, which led me to want to help others with their goals.
In 2016 I started CrossFit where I found my love for lifting weights and in 2018 started powerlifting. That same year I began coaching CrossFit which is a passion of mine and now hold my CF L2.
My experience working with nutrition coaches has been so amazing because it gave me such a different view of health. It was more than just the food I ate- it was my sleep, stress, movement, and hydration. While working with a coach, it ignited a fire in me to want to pursue that path for myself. In June 2022, I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness.
If I am not in the gym, I am in the kitchen cooking, jumping out of airplanes with my husband, or hanging out with our sweet pups.
I am passionate about helping others and I am so excited to be on this journey with you!
